- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well I couldn't take the pain any more and I promised my family I'd make the call...so I did and I was overly impressed with the service I got today. I spoke to Valarie and told her my story...in the most polite voice she said " oh dear...let me see what I can do for you. I'm from out of town and happen to be in the Lexington area and Valarie went above and beyond working with Miriam and Doc Harrod to get me in. They worked me in within the hour...ridiculous over the top customer service. I got a shot in my foot and I feel like a new person thanks to my family for making me make the call and obviously Valarie and Miriam...if there's a suggestion box for employees of the month I'm putting both their names in and I hope they get a preferred parking spot for a month.
