  I would highly recommend going elsewhere for an insurance agent. My vehicle was purchased in November of 2014 and when I called them to add the vehicle to our policy I sent an email to them with my lean holders information and they told me they received it. The people in this office failed to add the lean holder to my policy and now I have $2000 with of force placed insurance on my vehicle when I have had continuous full coverage the entire term of the loan. The only reason the added insurance has been set in place is due to no lean holder being added to the policy. I have made them aware of what has been going on for at least 6 months, maybe more and they have failed to recognize their mistake and have put very little effort into correcting it. Keep in mind my family had been with this particular office for years and switched to a new Allstate when due to the numerous issues we have had. I typically do not do these types of reviews but I do not want to see anyone go through what we have had to go through. They seem very reluctant to help in anyway with getting this solved even though the responsibility lies with them. I have also dealt with a couple of people in this office who acted in ways that were very unprofessional and flat out rude.
