- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Arrived 20 minutes early to fill out medical history and insurance forms, which asked the same questions several times. None of them asked me about why I was there. They take your insurance card at the check in and give it to the doctor's nurse who "will give it back when you see the doctor". Every other doctor's office just scans it and gives it back. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time (total 1 hour) and only 3 people left from the waiting room to see the doctor during that time. I gave up and asked for my card back and left. If you have a couple hours to kill it might be worth it. I can't speak to the doctor's capability. I won't be going back there.December 23, 2016by A Google User
