- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had severe pain in both forearms for 11 months and visited three different doctors to find out what was wrong. I was tested for every disease and ailment there is. No one could give me any answeres or relief. I was preparing to go to The Mayo Clinic when I decided To give physical therapy another try. I visited Jeremy Kruger with Choice PT. What a great decision. He correctly diagnosed me with chronic lateral and medial Epicondylitis in both arms. His treatment and program got my life back.
