  Moved out from California where you are allowed to exclude your spouse from the policy, but Barry failed to explain to me that you cannot do that in Kentucky. I made it perfectly clear that I did not want her on the policy and that she would not be driving. Just found out yesterday that my insurance was cancelled on October 8 because of what they found on my Wife's record although the policy was soley in my name and he never asked about her record or mentioned she would impact my coverage. On top of that he had put in my old address in California instead of my new one in Kentucky that I gave to him, so needless to say I never received the cancellation notice or refund check. And because I just found out it was cancelled all the insurer's put me on tier 2 status which will effectively double my premium, which would have been avoided if had put in the correct address. When he finally called me after I left numerous messages his response was "whatever". He has impacted my family in a significant way financially and mentally and has opened us up to further fines and penalties from the State. We will all have to face up to these type of deeds in the end and you sir are no exception.
